 BACKGROUND Profile: Timothy A. Pupach, ESQ. Mr. Pupach is both an attorney and real estate broker with professional expertise in the area of law as well as business. A native of the bay area, Mr. Pupach was born in Santa Clara, California and attended Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose. After high school Mr. Pupach attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California where he was in the National Honors Society for Psychology and focused studies in Political Science. He was also a member of the golf team and a National Scholar Athlete.After undergraduate schooling Mr. Pupach came back home to Santa Clara University School of Law where studies were focused on estate planning and real estate law. While at Santa Clara Mr. Pupach wrote for the Law School Periodical, The Advocate, and worked as a case assistant for Brobeck, Phlegar and Harrison in Palo Alto, as a law clerk for The Law Offices of Daniel E. Hanley in San Jose and as a law clerk for Devries & Solmonson in San Jose. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara Mr. Pupach became a member of the California Bar in July of 2001. As attorney, Mr. Pupach went back to Devries & Solmonson to practice in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, small business, personal injury, estate planning and probate law. Finally Mr. Pupach opened his Firm in 2003 at its present location next to the Santa Clara County Superior Court in downtown San Jose. Mr. Pupach became a California Real Estate Broker in 2003 and started Timothy Pupach Properties, where he has represented several investors and businesses in commercial and industrial sales and leasing.
