FEES

The competitive pricing policies of the firm are charged on a case by case basis. The arrangement of fees, costs and billing procedures is clearly presented at the beginning of each case. There are several different types of fee arrangements that are used, some of which are presented below:

  1. Flat Fee: The attorney will estimate the cost of fees on an hourly basis for the project and quote a flat fee for the client at the outset.
  2. Hourly Fees: The Attorney may offer an hourly rate based on time for the case. The Attorney's current hourly rate is $175/hour and paralegals are billed at $65/hour.
  3. Contingent Fee: In some cases the attorney will not require fees or costs from the client until the client has recovered from the other party. Typically, the firm's share in a contingent fee case is 1/3 of the recovery.
